Refund Policy

At Nero India, we do not provide returns or refunds on products once they have been sold and delivered. However, we do offer an option for size exchanges. Please refer to our "Exchange & Cancellation Policy" on our website for more details.

Exchange

Exchange Policy: We take great care to ensure that our product listings are accurate and descriptive, enabling our customers to make informed choices. Before dispatching orders, we conduct multiple quality checks to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the item(s) you received, we are happy to assist you with size-related exchanges. Please note that we do not accept returns at this time.

Exchange Eligibility: We offer exchanges for domestic orders only. The item(s) being requested for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Exchange Terms and Criteria: Please take note of the following points when requesting an exchange for your order:

  • We provide detailed product descriptions for each outfit, including information about color, fit, wash care, and other details. However, due to variations in display settings across devices, there may be slight differences in color. Therefore, we are unable to entertain or accept exchange requests based on color difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
  • Nero India only entertains exchange requests for orders placed on our official website, www.neroindia.com.

Cancellation Policy:

We provide the convenience of canceling prepaid and COD orders within 12 hours of placing the order. For prepaid orders, we can offer a refund of the same amount or provide a credit note for future purchases.

We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders for various reasons, including the unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, incorrect product listings or pricing on the website, and notifications from our analytics team regarding payment-related or fraudulent practices. In the event that Nero India cancels prepaid orders, we will refund the full amount to the customer's registered bank account. We will notify the customer of the cancellation via email to their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel orders shall remain final and binding.

Prepaid and COD orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. For prepaid orders, we will provide a refund of the same amount or a credit note (Nero Voucher) of the same amount.

We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders for various reasons. This may include the unavailability of fabrics or raw materials, incorrect product listings or prices on the website, payment advice from our analytics team, etc.

If Nero India cancels a prepaid order, it will refund the full amount of the order to your bank account on file with us. We will contact you by mail using your registered email ID or on your provided mobile number. Any decision to accept or cancel is final and binding.
