Refund Policy

At Nero India, we do not facilitate returns or refunds for products once they have been sold and delivered. However, we do provide a size exchange option for items that have been purchased. The difference amount is paid in terms of Nero Voucher (Store Credit).

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the exchange was approved. If your exchange is accepted, our delivery partner will facilitate a pick-up service from the delivery location, free of cost.

If you encounter a defective or damaged product and require a refund, please note that a gateway charge of 3% will be deducted for prepaid orders and 2% for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
