Shipping Charges-

Nero India extends the privilege of Free shipping throughout India on all orders regardless of your preferred payment method, be it prepaid or cash on delivery (COD).

Delivery Timelines: All the orders are dispatched within 4 to 6 working days after receiving the order. All prepaid orders take 2 to 4 business days for delivery after the dispatching of the order, whereas, all the COD orders take 3 to 6 business days for the delivery after the order is dispatched.

Order processing -

Anticipate the delivery of your order within a maximum time frame of 7 business days subsequent to the reception of your order confirmation email. Upon the dispatch of your order, an additional email notification will be sent to you, encompassing a tracking link for you to monitor its progress. Kindly allow a duration of 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, we kindly request you to promptly contact us at or CALL: +91 8882 043660, providing your name and order number. We will expedite an investigation into the matter on your behalf.

Guidelines for Receiving Orders-

In our commitment to ensuring the flawless delivery of your orders through third-party shipping agencies, we place utmost importance on the condition in which the parcel arrives at your doorstep. If, unfortunately, you encounter a damaged, broken, or tampered package, we kindly request you to document the occurrence by capturing a video and images of the packaging. In such circumstances, we urge you to refrain from accepting the order. Please forward the recorded video, accompanying images, and order number to our designated email address. This will enable us to promptly address the matter and initiate any necessary claims with the shipping agency.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges-

The following terms are applicable for any products that you may have purchased with us at Nero India.

We prioritize accuracy and descriptiveness in our product listings to empower our customers with well-informed choices. Prior to dispatch, we meticulously conduct multiple quality checks to ensure your order arrives in impeccable condition. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with the received item(s), we are delighted to offer assistance with size-related exchanges or outfit/item exchanges.

Our exchange policy allows for a period of 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Upon exchanging items, a store credit note equivalent to the cost amount will be issued and reflected in your NERO India account Wallet. Monetary refunds in the form of cash are not provided.

The store credit remains valid for a duration of up to one year.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same unworn or unused condition as when received, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. The package should be accompanied by proof of purchase, within its original packaging.

Our delivery partner will facilitate a free pick-up service from the delivery location.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please promptly email us at, providing your order number and a photograph depicting the item's condition.

Unfortunately, we do not entertain returns or offer refunds. However, we do provide store credit. Returned items will be meticulously examined by our quality check team after receiving. Failing to meet the mentioned eligibility conditions will result in rejection and the item being returned to you at your own expense. No store credit will be reimbursed in such cases. Kindly note that accessories, sale items are not eligible for exchange.

If the exchange order amount is equal to or greater than the previous order, the balance amount will be issued as store credit. No refund will be provided for amounts less than the previous order.

To initiate an exchange for your product, kindly follow the detailed steps below:

  2. Locate and click on the 'Exchange Request' option.

  3. You will be directed to a new page where you will need to provide your order number and email ID.

  4. Enter your order number accurately in the designated field.

  5. Input your registered email ID associated with the order.

  6. Proceed with the exchange process by following the instructions provided on the page.

  7. Once you have successfully completed the necessary information and steps, submit your exchange request.

  8. Our team will review your request and get back to you with further instructions.

  9. If your exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the exchange process.

  10. Please ensure that your product meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our exchange policy, including being in unworn or unused condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  11. Prepare your product for exchange by securely packaging it, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit.

  12. Await further instructions from our team regarding the return shipping process or any additional steps required.

  13. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the necessary criteria, we will proceed with processing the exchange.

  14. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will provide you with a store credit equivalent to the cost of the returned item.

  15. The store credit will be reflected in your NERO India account Wallet for future use.The store credit remains valid for a duration of up to one year.
