ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order on our website, select the desired product, choose the appropriate size, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. After selecting the quantity, proceed to the checkout page by clicking the "Checkout" button in the slide-in window on the right-hand side. Enter the necessary payment and delivery details.

If you have a promo code, you can apply it on the shipping page, which appears after filling in the customer information during the checkout process.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Neroindia.com. We will start processing your order from their Noida warehouse and keep you informed about the delivery progress. You will receive tracking ID to track your order until it is delivered.
Neroindia.com accepts major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, EMI, and various wallets as payment methods. They ensure a secure and encrypted connection for all transactions to keep your information confidential.

If you suspect any unauthorized behavior on your debit/credit card while paying, report it to your bank immediately. Neroindia.com does not collect or store your card details.

Regarding security aspects, Neroindia.com does not receive or store your complete card details. You are redirected to a secure payment site when you enter your card details. Your card-issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, and Neroindia.com processes or rejects the order based on that authorization. At no point do they receive or store your card details?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For orders above INR 1,000, the shipping is free. For orders less than INR 1,000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100 is applied.

For urgent deliveries, Neroindia.com offers express shipping with an additional charge of INR 300.

The standard shipping option delivers orders within 7 working days.

Each order is shipped to a single address. If you want to ship products to different addresses, you need to place separate orders.

Shipping charges are non refundable in case of exchanges or cancellations.

Tax is charged on orders such as Goods and Service Tax (GST), collected and deposited by Neroindia.com to the relevant government authorities. The prices of all products already include the tax.

If you are not available during the delivery, the delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver the product. If you have chosen cash on delivery, additional attempts will be made. After three unsuccessful attempts, the product will be returned to the warehouse.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS

Neroindia.com does not accept returns unless the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong product. In case of a damaged product, you can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and request a replacement by emailing hello@neroindia.com.

You can cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse. Simply email hello@neroindia.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel it.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order placement.

On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount will be credited to your account as credit points.
